A transformational experience for Black women leaders to rise with clarity, courage, wellness, and community support. Through leadership learning labs, retreats, storytelling, and reflective practice, we equip emerging and advancing leaders to lead without losing themselves.
Leadership Retreats: The Bridge to Vision 2030
From 2023 to the present, our annual leadership retreats have been the bridge between our past and our future clarifying our next chapter and strengthening our community of practice.

Beta-tested our leadership retreat model and laid the foundation for what was to come.
