About the Learning Lab
The Workforce Leadership Readiness Learning Lab (WLR) equips Black women supervisors, managers, and directors with the tools, reflection, and community they need to lead with clarity, wellness, and purpose while transforming the employee experience.
Through a blend of virtual learning, 1:1 coaching, talent insights, and leadership retreats, participants strengthen themselves, their team, and the communities they serve.
