Our Mission

The mission of i.D.R.E.A.M. for Racial Health Equity equips a learning community with a comprehensive understanding of maternal and infant health throughout the life course and responding to the urgent call for transformative leadership, workplace readiness, skill-building, and coaching that reimagines Black working mothers’ experiences post-partum and Black supervisors, managers, and directors pursuing, emerging, and advancing in health careers.
